Description: You are responsible for the creation and correction of all coating, sealer, and wax applications for the automatic and robot systems, as well as the optimization and reliability of the process.You will carry out process optimizations (CIP, 5S) and coordinate maintenance activities such as PMs and repairs.You are responsible for conducting coating tests, maintenance, and troubleshooting on the robot system and the color change system (Paint-MIX).You will support operational maintenance on site, acting as an expert in the event of technical breakdowns, instructing the team during maintenance assignments/troubleshooting, and being pragmatic and solution-oriented. The team consists of electrical and technical technicians.Convince with a good understanding of your profession and enjoy working in a positive work culture.Qualifications: Higher technical education: MSc or Bachelor (preferably in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering).Several years of experience in a similar position.Knowledge of paint shop technologies such as paint application and processes, chemicals, sprays, filtration, pumps, degreaser, rectifier process, anodes, and sealant application.Knowledge of the automotive environment including experience with automation, robots, PLC, and computer control systems.Very good organization of working time, commitment, diligence, and reliability.Responsibility and the ability to solve problems independently.Driving license B.English enabling easy communication.Ability to work in a team.Readiness to travel abroad.OrganizationMercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland sp. zo. o.
