About the RoleCoordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring efficient transportation and storage of goods.Oversee the execution of field operations, including location layout, and enforcing field site compliance.Implement and maintain logistics procedures and inventory control systems to optimize operational efficiency.Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of services/products.Manage logistics-related documentation, such as shipping forms, bills of lading, and customs declarations.Analyze operational performance and implement improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and company regulations pertaining to logistics and field operations.Provide timely updates and reports to management on operational status, challenges, and achievements.Assist in the development of budgets and monitor operational expenses.Handle emergency situations or disruptions in logistics and field operations effectively.About You:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.3 years of experience in logistics, field operations, or a similar role.Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics operations, and Field Operations.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills, in English, Spanish, and Portuguese both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to handle unexpected challenges and adapt to changing environments.
