You will be in charge of the entire planning process, playing a key role to meet customer needs in a timely manner, while optimizing the inventory levels and ensuring safety and quality standards in logistics operation in Argentina.
Your Impact Develop and master the end-to-end supply planning process (domestic and international suppliers), modeling manufacturing plant capacity according to forecast.Manage MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and MPS (Master Production Schedule) processes.Work cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Purchasing, International Trade, Finance, and Production to ensure BTO (Build to Order) process.Develop and optimize internal processes to improve supplier performance, increase production flexibility, reduce shortages, reduce inventory levels, ensure products on time, and optimize logistics costs (freights, warehousing, etc).Actively participate in S&OE meetings.Identify and implement cost reductions to drive AGCO's materials organization towards supply chain excellence.Your Experience and Qualifications Native Spanish.Advanced English.Advanced Portuguese (desirable).Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related areas.Solid knowledge and proven experience in production and materials planning processes as well as S&OP processes.Solid experience in ERP systems and inventory management.Experience in highly complex/diverse manufacturing environments, Lean Manufacturing (focus on heijunka, kanban).We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
