As a Litigation Support Analyst within the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Litigation Practice Group, you will provide comprehensive legal support. This includes assisting with litigation against the firm, managing inquiry intake, producing documents, and identifying and analyzing information relevant to disputes, investigations, and inquiries. You will also handle settlement processing, assist with internal reporting and audits, and maintain databases through data entry. Under attorney supervision, you will manage smaller matters, which involves researching, analyzing, and responding to specific claims or inquiries.
Job Responsibilities Perform Government Request and Inquiry Analysis/IntakeConduct research, identify and collect data in support of regulatory requests, working closely with GIRE attorneys to fulfill requests in a timely and accurate mannerReconstruct Events: Draft Chronologies, Synopses, and Summaries of FactsCase File and Document ManagementDocument Production, including organization of exhibits and bates stampingSettlement and Payment Processing'Required qualifications, capabilities and skill At least 1 year of experience in litigation at a law firm or financial institutionExperience managing multiple assignments simultaneouslyStrong ability to review and summarize legal documents to assist with analysis of dataStrong English oral and written communication skillsCompetence with the suite of Microsoft Office productsAbility to interact effectively and professionally at all levelsAll candidates for roles in the Legal department must successfully complete a conflicts of interest clearance review prior to commencement of employment
