DescriptionWe are looking for a Lifecycle Parts Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for all procurement activities within the LifeCycle procurement processes, including:
Production and parts relocationsProcurement cost optimizationInsolvenciesProduction phasing outKey Responsibilities:
Ensure timely part availability and service levels worldwide in GSP-LifeCycle processes for all brands.Monitor operational parts procurement as well as operational pre-processes EMU, packaging/load carrier, and purchasing.Communicate and monitor supplier activities in the LifeCycle processes, reporting and controlling the achievement of the suppliers' objectives, and coordinating with the responsible LifeCycle planner.Communicate with bottleneck management.Coordinate technical topics with the after-sales technical areas of the brands.QualificationsUniversity degree in Logistics or Business Administration.Negotiation skills at the initial stage with suppliers.2 years of experience in supply chain activities.Conflict and analytical resolution skills.Resilience and flexibility outside of standard processes.Detailed logistic and technical knowledge.Independent way of working with a strong ability to work in a team.Business fluent knowledge in Spanish, English, and German is necessary.High social competence.Organization
