Job Summary
We are looking for a Level 1 Support Engineer to provide internal technical support for our team, addressing and managing IT incidents across various departments. As the primary point of contact for IT support, you will create and track tickets in our internal system based on requests received via messaging tools. The role involves troubleshooting a range of hardware, software, and network issues, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and collaborative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal IT Support: Respond to support requests from departments including finance, marketing, and administration.Ticket Management: Document and create support tickets based on requests, track progress, and ensure accurate resolution.Troubleshooting: Address and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues across Mac and Windows systems.Team Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with other departments to maintain a high level of support and incident management.Documentation and Follow-Up: Maintain records of issues, steps taken, and resolutions, with consistent follow-up as needed.Skills and Qualifications: Education: Estudiante de carreras relacionadas a sistemas, analista de sistemas, ing. en sistemas o ciencias de la computacion.
