Legal Jr. Manager

Legal Jr. Manager to oversee all the legal issues and related matters for the operation of NARG providing general legal advice and efficiently supporting all functions in achieving business objectivesincluding, among others, the following: Negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and advising on complex contracts including manufacturing and supply arrangements. Advising on general commercial law issues and managing the legal issues of all areas of the company, including but not limited to corporate matters; procurement; safety; security; labor & employment; distribution, sales & marketing. Advising on the [Argentine/Brazilian/Chilean/Peruvian] regulatory framework applicable to Nissan's various businesses. Managing litigation and consumer claims. Providing training and professional expertise to paralegal. Undertaking continuing education, and remains abreast of current legal issues and trends, as required to maintain relevancy and successful job performance. Skills:Experience in high complexity agreements or transactions.General knowledge about Contracts, Consumer Protection, Corporate Law and overall law principlesExcellent communication skillsPrioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and tasks while meeting deadlines (strong project management skills)Knowledge of functional area policies, procedures, processes, and standardsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with various levels of personnel, including senior management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceeds customer expectations by taking ownership and following through in a timely fashion.
