The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Specialist to develop and scale the delivery of our various onboarding, leadership and learning experiences with our fleet of Delivery Professionals.
We're looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Learning Specialist with previous experience working in a fast-paced environment. This role will suit someone with experience in learning and development,with apassion for building ways of working and capability that enable our people to be successful.
The Individual In-depth knowledge of onboarding, induction best practices in blue-collar work environmentsExperience in design, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation of trainingResults-oriented, prioritises, plans and stays organised in order to meet commitmentsOutstanding communication and management skills, with demonstrable results of working across organisational boundaries, in a business partnering role and with diverse groups of peopleDemonstrated application of learning strategies — Selecting and using training/instructional methods and proceduresHolds a CERT IV in Training & AssessmentWe can't wait to see your CV – we promise to read it!
