The role: We are seeking a Senior Learning and Development Analyst to support the strategic initiatives focused in the LATAM region but having impact across the globe. This role will be instrumental in developing and delivering top tier learning programs, managing program logistics, and ensuring these programs are aligned with the specific business needs of our LATAM team across multiple functions.
Key deliverables of the role: Align Learning Programs with Business Needs: Collaborate with the People Business Partner team and key business leaders to identify learning needs aligned with strategic business priorities and operational requirements, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders across the LATAM region to align learning programs with regional and global business goals.Design and Deliver Effective Training Programs: Lead the design, development, and implementation of the L&D programs for employees at all levels, addressing the skill gaps.Develop Learning Strategies: Define and implement effective learning solutions, including in-person training, virtual sessions, and on-demand resources providing a holistic blended learning model.Promote a Learning Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Keep Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools and best practices in L&D as well as the Financial industry.What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).7+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role (will be delivering content to managers).Fluent in English.Proven track record of designing, building and implementing successful talent development programs in a global highly matrixed organization.Strong facilitation and presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Data Analysis: Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to drive decisions related to learning programs.Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with the broader people and business teams.Ability to adapt learning programs to different cultural and business contexts within the LATAM region and globally where applicable.Key Competencies: Strategic Thinking: Ability to align talent development initiatives with business goals.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.Adaptability: Flexibility to manage changing priorities and new challenges.Compensation and Benefits: The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location. This role may also be eligible for a bonus and/or long term incentives.
