We are looking for a Lead Pre-Sales & Project Manager in Cordoba, Argentina What you will doOverall: Manage and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through closure;Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management;Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency;Set up processes to ensure successful delivery;Successfully lead and lend expertise to motivate the development team;Identify critical delivery issues and address them with the team before customer exposure;Communicate team issues and concerns to the leadership team;Client ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle;Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded;Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project updates to clients;Manage client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively;Develop and manage project estimates and budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved;Monitor project financials, including expenses, revenue, and profitability;Prepare financial reports and forecasts for internal and client review;Project management / Delivery: Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects;Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project outcomes;Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise;Monitor Client's satisfaction with AgileEngine services and team;Resource Management and Financial Control; Expectation and Escalation management;Technical Excellence and Best Practice implementation;Process Excellence (Disciplined Agile) and Best Practices implementation;Removal of process bottlenecks and resolving issues;Help with improving the PM processes for existing projects;Team management: Coordinate and oversee the work of project team members, including assigning tasks and setting deadlines;Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting professional growth and development;Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members;Launch teams and establish efficient PM processes for them;Consult/Mentor/Teach/Coach/Growing leadership of AgileEngine Teams and Clients;Coordinating promotions: within AgileEngine and with the Client;Coordinate recruiting process with the Recruitment team.Must havesBachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience;A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and short-term projects, pre-sale experience;Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities;Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers;Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes;Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting;High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail;Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders;Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships;Proficiency in project management software and tools;Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills;The benefits of joining usProfessional growth: Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.Competitive compensation: We match your ever-growing skills, talent, and contributions with competitive USD-based compensation and budgets for education, fitness, and team activities.A selection of exciting projects: Join projects with modern solutions development and top-tier clients that include Fortune 500 enterprises and leading product brands.Flextime: Tailor your schedule for an optimal work-life balance, by having the options of working from home and going to the office – whatever makes you the happiest and most productive.
