Your New Role We are looking for a Learning and Development Lead to support the strategic initiatives of the LATAM region. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, this role will be key in coordinating and delivering high-quality learning programs, managing program logistics, and ensuring the alignment of these programs with the business needs.
Your Role Accountabilities Program Coordination: Lead the coordination of the Language Program and other regional learning initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and tracking.Learning Development: Collaborate with the Learning and Development Director to design and implement effective learning solutions, utilizing various formats such as in-person training, virtual sessions, and on-demand resources.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across the LATAM region to ensure learning programs are aligned with local and regional business objectives.Data Management: Ensure learning systems are updated with accurate data and generate reports to monitor program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Project Management: Lead projects related to learning program delivery, including budgeting, evaluation, and measuring the impact on business performance. Oversee all aspects of project management to ensure successful and timely delivery.Qualifications & Experience Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development or related fields, with a focus on program coordination and project management.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple concurrent projects.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various levels within the organization.Data Analysis: Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to drive decisions related to learning programs.Language Skills: Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.Education: A bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with the broader L&D team.Ability to adapt learning programs to different cultural and business contexts within the LATAM region.How We Get Things Done… This last bit is probably the most important!
