Position Overview : The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for handling customer inquiries and leads generated through various online channels, such as web forms, email, Yelp, and Google messaging.
This role involves following up on leads, converting them into sales opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses.
Key Responsibilities : Customer Interaction : Respond to customer inquiries and leads received through web forms, email, Yelp, Google messaging, and other online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and detailed information about services and company policies.
Manage and prioritize multiple inquiries to ensure timely responses.
Lead Management : Follow up on web leads and email inquiries to qualify and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
Customer Service : Address customer complaints and issues, resolving them effectively and efficiently.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Collect and record customer feedback to help improve service quality and customer experience.
Sales Support : Identify and seize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services through email and messaging communication.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to lead conversion.
Participate in promotional activities and campaigns as directed by management.
Operational Support : Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines while handling customer interactions.
Use CRM software and other tools to manage customer relationships and lead data.
Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and submit regular reports on lead conversion rates, customer inquiries, and other key metrics to management.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the lead management process.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall customer service and lead conversion strategies.
Qualifications : Education : High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience : Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related role (preferred).
Experience with lead generation platforms, CRM systems, and email communication tools.
Skills : Excellent written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other related tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Nice-to-Haves : Follow Gusto countries and currencies policies.
