The Role
The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through strategic outreach efforts. This role involves research, prospecting, and minimal email marketing to generate interest and create opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, be fluent in both English and Chinese, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Research: Identify potential leads through various online tools, databases, and research methods.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the requirements for further engagement by the sales team.
- Outbound Communication: Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and other methods to gauge interest and introduce services.
- Email Marketing: Assist with minimal email marketing efforts to nurture leads and promote brand awareness.
- CRM Management:
Record and track all lead interactions and updates in the CRM system to maintain an accurate database and support the sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide necessary details for follow-up.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop long-term relationships with prospects by maintaining consistent communication and delivering value through content and messaging.
- Performance Goals: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets and contribute to the overall growth of the sales pipeline.
- Ad hoc tasks from the client.
Ideal Profile
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or a similar role.
- Sales Techniques: Strong understanding of lead qualification techniques and ability to identify high-potential prospects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Goal-oriented: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve lead generation targets consistently.
- Work Schedule: Amenable to working Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 12 NN or 1 PM to 5 PM Beijing Time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Email Marketing Experience: Prior experience in minimal email marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the industry or market the company operates in is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, strategies, and processes for lead generation.
