S&P is seeking a Lead Business Analyst in the Americas Cappitech Integration team to ensure successful client implementation of the Cappitech software platform for trade reporting and analytics. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional client experience to a broad range of clients and ensure the fast and effective management of client workflows to join the S&P Cappitech team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in managing client integration projects, both small and large. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable communicating with clients and answering regulatory queries. Ideally, the candidate will have some experience in mainly North American regulatory reporting – SEC, CFTC, and Canada. Previous experience with EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, and/or SFTR would also be favorable. The role is client-facing and requires a degree of technical competence.

Responsibilities and Impact: Lead system implementations across project lifecycles: initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closingOversee project timelines, scopes, and change managementConduct thorough analysis and documentation of client requirementsFacilitate data mapping to uncover data gaps and collaborate with business stakeholders to secure missing informationCollaborate with a global development team to design solutions that meet client needsOffer expert knowledge on business, technical, and product matters to drive client satisfaction post-saleParticipate in global team efforts to drive growth and successGather client feedback and identify areas for product improvementWhat We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Previous experience in a client-facing roleExcellent written and oral communication in EnglishFinancial services experience, in particular, financial regulatory reportingDemonstrated project management abilitiesA highly motivated and results-driven individual with a commitment to producing high-quality workBachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Technology, or a related fieldKnowledge of regulatory reporting of major regimes.In-depth understanding of the trade lifecycle for major financial assets (interest rates, FX, credit, commodities, and equities) across OTC derivatives and exchange-traded derivatives (ETD)Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience with North American regulations (CFTC, SEC, and Canada) and EMIR/RefitStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBasic SQL proficiencyAbility to listen, learn, and analyze client data proficientlyBe proactive and able to work independentlyGood attention to detail focused on deliveryStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships within a global teamAble to easily adapt communication style in different situationsThe ability to adjust to shifting prioritiesAbility to collaborate effectively with the teamFlexible Working (optional) We pride ourselves on our agility and diversity, and we welcome requests to work flexibly.
