A flavour of what you'll be doingYou'll have your own areas of focus within the Product Development organisation – you will be focused on hiring Engineers, Product, UX and more!Partnering with Hiring Managers to solve key hiring problemsUsing a range of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to deliver on hiring briefs as well as build pipelinesManaging the recruitment process, coaching hiring managers on best practice and keeping things moving and all parties informedNetworking within the field of tech both on the Island and globally – building those pipelines for when we need themScreening and interviewing commercial profiles and assessing both competencies and culture fitYou're awesome at..Tech Recruitment – you are an expert in what you do and know what makes tech talent 'tick' and most importantly how to find them!Spanish & English – fluent Portuguese is highly desirable!The latest resourcing tools and direct search methods!Stakeholder management – you're a natural at building relationships and trust through delivery and comfortable talking marketing at all levelsHolding yourself accountable for deliverables, following KPI's, crunching numbers and quantifying your activityCreating and executing campaigns to help achieve the most traction for those niche and difficult to find profilesUsing your creativity and network to leverage external communications positioning Betsson Group as the Employer of ChoiceChallenge accepted?Apply today!
