Job Description Responsible for Service & Solution delivery performance management, including financial, operational performance, productivity, and solution delivery performance. Responsible for LATAM Radiology Informatics improvement programs in service & solution delivery including inventory, profitability, productivity, process and other areas as identified.
Your role: Monitor, measure, analyze and report the actual performance against targets (KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, etc.) to ensure the agreed objectives/commitments will be met (AOP, KPIs, etc.) Manage Sales Forecasting - B&B, CAPEX & Recurrent revenue, ensure on-time recognition, OOH aging. MCOS Management implementing MCOS control process and forecasting, tracking P&L evolution and taking action to maintain it aligned with objectives. Inventory Management measure inventory evolution and align activities with the team to reduce inventory to optimal point. Align activities of teams to support business strategy objectives and contribute to business financial commitments. Apply lean techniques, practical problem solving and six sigma techniques to solve problems. Define KPI, dashboard and analytics requirements to manage performance of the LATAM RI Services aligned with BU initiatives. Collaborate with BU, Service, Sales, Market, Finance and Operation to solve problems. You're the right fit if: Utilize strong problem-solving skills applying leading practices such as LEAN and Six Sigma to define and resolve problems, skillful to manage itself in uncertain and ambiguous environments. Coaches and mentors team on problem-solving skills. Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Request for/suggest improvements, bringing performance back on track considering an integrated perspective, contributing to cross-function/cross-business collaboration. Support Daily Management/Problem Management with colleagues, markets and/or partners to improve business performance. Collaborate with S&SD, product & business/function teams to solve problems. Report and communicate results & achievements towards stakeholders following regular channels such as MPRs, QPR, Performance Dashboards at the S&SD stakeholders. Develop or lead programs to increase performance of RI Implementation Team. About Philips We are a health technology company.
