Here is how this role will be critical to our business: Develop a mid- and long-term view of the regional portfolio strategy in all key market segments.
Support execution of the product strategy to meet financial goals at regional levels.
Communicate and represent Latam portfolio view with other key stakeholders.
Ensure a robust CP 5 year plan for the Latam Region leading the process across the Commercial Units of the region.
Provide a consolidated view of the business performance at regional level focusing on market and portfolio drivers.
Drive strategic regional marketing projects or initiatives assigned by Senior Leadership.
Interact with global Marketing to bring world class product management practices into the Latam region Develop brand / variety communication guidelines to enable Customer Marketing to develop and execute effective communication plans.
Actively manage interfaces between Research, Product development, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Regional / Global Product Marketing.
