The candidate will be part of a regional team, working together with the HR Leads in Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Uruguay, and Argentina.

How You'll Make an Impact Leading employee and labor relations for all the business units.
Representing management in labor/union relations, including negotiating, interpreting, and administering collective bargaining agreements.Support compliance with labor regulations with a focus on collective law.Negotiating collective bargaining agreements; contract administration and interpretation, relationship and treatment with delegates and different trade union figures.Support HR management and business leaders in the analysis, prevention, or resolution of individual and collective labor conflicts.Attention to inspections by the union and MTSS.Advising management on strategies that ensure a productive and harmonious workspace.What You Bring Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Law, or Labor Relations, or equivalent experience, are encouraged to apply.Advanced English.You have at least 5 years in labor relations or in similar positions.You have experience in encouraging and motivating change in business.Who is Siemens Energy?
