Service description • Management of end-to-end application (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune • L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users) • Analysing and resolving Bug • Feature development when necessary • Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity B. Deliverables: • App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup • Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets • Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics • Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured C. Expertises • Must have skills English context : mandatory Writing expertise for documentation purposes MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune Windows Devices management Windows Information Protection (WIP) • Nice to have skills MS Endpoint DLP McAfee Cloud Proxy F5 PerApp VPN Expertise of Agile/Scrum methodology
