Kinder Teacher & Teacher Assistant (2025): The mission of the Kinder Teacher is to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating educational environment that fosters the holistic development of children in their early learning stages. This includes collaborating with families in the education of their children, forming a bond of trust and cooperation to support their overall development. The goal is to promote the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth of children, respecting their individual learning paces and helping them acquire fundamental skills that will serve as a foundation for their future education.
The mission of the Teacher Assistant is to support the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment that favors the holistic development of children. This includes assisting in daily pedagogical and care activities, collaborating in the implementation of teaching dynamics, and addressing the individual needs of children, both physical and emotional. The goal is to complement the teacher's work, helping to ensure that each child receives the appropriate attention and support for their growth and learning, contributing to the management of daily classroom routines, supporting activities such as play, meals, and hygiene, and fostering positive interaction in an environment of respect and cooperation.
Required: Qualifying teaching degree. Excellent command of the English language. Previous experience will be a plus. Personal characteristics for the required position: Passion for education. Excellent interpersonal skills. Permanent desire to learn. Initiative and anticipation in tasks. Ability to generate innovative ideas.
