We currently have 2 locations in Bella Vista & Gravette Arkansas. We currently have an average attendance of 1600 per week and have 5 services per weekend on Saturday and Sunday.

This individual will offer vision and strategic planning for the successful growth as a relevant and practical ministry. The Childrens Director will be able to work with both children, as well as their parents & adult leaders, provide strong leadership, and build strong volunteer teams. Furthermore, this position will bring energy and vitality to the Childrens ministry in order to fulfill New Life Christian Churchs highest calling of effectively leading each child (as well as adults) into a saving & growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
