Company Description The objective of the role is to develop and drive growth in the modern trade channel. Bring full support to the National Key Account Manager with the development, implementation, and tracking of Red Bull's sales strategy for the KA business, with a special focus on Cash & Carry / Regional KAs. Delivering sales, volume, and profitability targets for these mid-sized accounts and the Impulse channel are crucial responsibilities.
Job Description STRATEGY Support KA Manager on the implementation of Red Bull's commercial strategy at all key customers.
Execute short and mid-term customer strategies in line with the overall national sales policy, focusing on Cash & Carry and Regional KAs accounts with high potential.
Implement national price strategies.
BEES TOOL Analyze available data sources (e.g., Scentia & ABI) and derive customer growth opportunities.
Continuously plan sales forecasts and prepare trade spend budgets to hit targets.
Develop annual business and effective promotion plans.
Prepare yearly negotiations (including different scenarios) with a focus on Red Bull's Long Term Sales drivers and customer spend strategy.
EXECUTION Conduct and lead the negotiation process at key mid-sized customers.
Agree with customers on Red Bull's Perfect Store concept.
Qualifications Marketing, business administration, industrial engineering, or similar graduation is required.
A proven track record of 1-2 years of professional experience in Key Account execution and negotiation and/or Field Force Management, ideally with an FMCG/beverage background.
Experience supporting Category Management preferred.
Cross-functional experience in Trade Marketing / Consumer Marketing is a plus (not mandatory).
Excellent network of existing contacts and trade relationships.
Fluency in English is required.
