Your Key Responsibilities: Guided by a passion for positive customer experiences to uncover areas to expand the availability of Roche's innovative solutions and solidify our market-leading position.Interact with stakeholders in the scientific/technical/economic area and key decision-makers.Manage sales for the entire Roche Diagnostics portfolio to offer suitable Roche solutions to customers.Develop account strategy and execute against strategic and tactical business plans for assigned accounts.Establish and maintain good relationships and respond quickly to customer needs in a compliant manner.Provide leadership, insights, and guidance to your team members to support a stellar customer experience and profitable sales growth.Gather data on market trends, monitor products, solutions, and competitor positioning, analyze business risks and opportunities, and educate your team.Who You Are: Previous sales experience in the healthcare market with proven success.At least 3 years of experience in sales/business development in the IVD Diagnostics industry is desirable.Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.Customer-oriented with strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.High negotiation capacity with key stakeholders within a hospital.Comfortable building and maintaining relationships with senior-level buying influences.Experience engaging with new teams and fostering accountability.Demonstrates persistence and perseverance to achieve business outcomes.Strong desire to learn new products and business areas.Good communication and teamwork skills, adaptable to new environments.Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare or equivalent experience.Must be fluent in Spanish and English.Location should be within the working area.Availability to travel, inside and outside the country.Mindset within our Operating Principles: Put patients first.Follow the science.Act as one team.Embrace differences.Accelerate learning.Simplify radically.Make an impact now.Think long term.The Key Account Manager will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure consistency in organizational strategy and advise on decision-making, promoting continuous improvement of agile working methods in Roche Diagnostics Spain.
