The Technical Service Engineer is responsible for the execution of all tasks related to the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of equipment in Argentina. This role includes inspecting equipment prior to sale, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and implementing maintenance contracts, ensuring that technical services meet the standards established by the company.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Carries out the review of equipment before the sale and executes preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in Argentina.Ensures equipment operates in accordance with company quality and safety standards.Provides technical assistance to customers, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are performed in a timely manner and to expected quality levels.Maintains a good relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction.Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Electronic Engineering, or Electronic Technician.At least one to two years of experience in the technical service field.Basic to intermediate English language skills.Experience in managing SAP.Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
