Junior Social Media Specialist For German Speakers In Malta

HYBRID Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate content in German to ensure it aligns with company policies and community guidelines.
Identify and report any content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates platform regulations.
Stay informed on content policies and apply them consistently across reviews.
Assist in maintaining a safe and positive environment for users.
Work closely with internal teams to address content-related issues.
Provide constructive feedback and support in updating moderation policies as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).
Good command of English (B2 or above).
Strong attention to detail and excellent judgment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle sensitive material with professionalism.
Good communication skills.
Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is an advantage, but not essential (training will be provided).
Familiarity with social media and online communities is a plus.
