Job Overview As a Junior Service Administrator, you will support offices and remote workplaces, manage hardware and software procurement, inventory, and Citrix workplaces. You will troubleshoot systems, maintain documentation, and ensure high-quality user support via various communication methods. Collaboration with service providers and participation in IT projects are key components of this role.
