Job Overview As a Junior Service Administrator, you will support offices and remote workplaces, manage hardware and software procurement, inventory, and Citrix workplaces. You will troubleshoot systems, maintain documentation, and ensure high-quality user support via various communication methods. Collaboration with service providers and participation in IT projects are key components of this role.
Responsibilities Prepare and support workplaces in offices and remotely Participate in office repair and new office opening projects Handle IT incidents, escalating when necessary Provide IT support through multiple communication channels with a focus on VIP consumers Maintain up-to-date documentation and create SOPs Collaborate with service providers and report progress in Service Desk system Install, recover, and provide consultancy for software Deliver local IT support, resolve incidents, and report progress to end users Install, configure, and maintain systems hardware and infrastructure (400+ PCs) across Windows 10/11, Chrome OS, and MacOS Support Citrix workplaces and maintain hardware equipment inventory Perform hardware and software upgrades and troubleshooting Support video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet) Liaise with hardware vendors and ensure quality of services provided Write user manuals for internal employees and support LAN and VoIP systems Maintain existing servers and participate in various IT projects Excellent knowledge of PC/laptop components and assembly Proficient in diagnosing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and office equipment Experienced Windows and Mac OS administrator Skilled in maintaining office IT infrastructure, wireless network, and structured cable systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated customer focus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of IT infrastructure and support processes, Apple Mac and iOS expertise Change-oriented with a strong track record in current and emerging technologies Computer and Special Software Skills: Over 3 years of IT experience Professional IT education or relevant experience Knowledge of Windows family, Citrix service, TCP/IP, PC Desktop/Laptop hardware Basic knowledge of monitoring and recovery systems, ITSM/ITIL, and Atlassian products Familiarity with SQL databases, scripting languages (PHP, JS, bash, Visual Basic), and GSuite Customer-focused with strong stress resistance and ability to work under pressure Quarterly bonuses based on Company performance 21 working days of annual leave Udemy Business unlimited membership Corporate events and team building activities Professional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing environmen
