Junior Remote Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Braga, Portugal .
No prior experience is required—we will provide all the training you need to succeed!
What You'll Do: Help customers by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German .
Provide clear and friendly support for products, services, and solutions.
Solve customer problems or pass them to the right team when needed.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
Work with your team to improve the customer experience.
What We're Looking For: Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required.
Basic English skills to communicate with the team.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
