Stonebranch is searching for a QA Engineer who's interested in playing in the explosive IT hybrid automation market. Your role enables our software development engineers to ship features with efficiency and confidence while providing the best end-to-end user experience across all platforms. You will accelerate engineering productivity through gray-box testing, tooling, and robust automation frameworks; provide flexible, innovative technologies and services to verify correct system behavior during testing; and validating system requirements during design. What you will be doing: You will prepare test specification according to software requirements.You will troubleshoot complex software products using systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products.You will design and execute manual test scripts.You will design and create automated test scripts and automate existing manual scripts.You will prepare and analyze reports and documentation updates.You will meet team and company targets, by working collaboratively and establishing fruitful and joyful communication with your peers.What You Will Bring to the Team: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.1+ year of manual testing experience.1+ year of requirements management.Understanding and experience of Test Documentation on the project.Experience using task management tools such as Redmine.Experience with Windows & Linux/Unix platforms.Experience with database technology such as Oracle, MySQL, and/or PostgreSQL.Experience with web services (SOAP and REST), SQL, XML.Experience with the Python and test frameworks Robot Framework, Requests, Playwright, etc. is a plus.Experience with Git is a plus.Experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD is a plus.Experience with Docker is a plus.Interpersonal skills and appreciation of other people's work discipline.Excellent written and verbal communication (English).Ego-free attitude — we are here for the success of the Team.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
