Junior Purchase Requisition Clerk

Description · Processing and managing purchase requisitions
· Creation of purchase requisitions in SAP (module MM) as well as processing of the workflow up to the final purchase order
· Verification of procurement, including assessing delivery and performance for call-off or determining the need for commissioning by the purchasing department
· Contacting stakeholders via e-mail and telephone
· Coordination with Supply Management and Purchasing (IPS) in the event of escalation or deviation, including active tracking of orders and ensuring fast cycle times.
· Supporting the development of work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitions
· Continuous improvement of processes (CIP)

Qualifications · University degree in financial or economy area completed or in progress;
· Initial professional experience in the field of accounting would be an advantage;
· IT skills: Good handling of MS Office, especially Excel, experience with SAP R/3 would be a plus;
· Good knowledge of German (minimum B2) as well as communicative written and spoken English (B1) are required;
· Experience with Excel would be an asset;
· Experience with SAP R/3 would be a plus;
· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
