These are your tasks: Checking the order documents for formal, arithmetical and guideline-compliant correctnessCreation of purchase requisitions in SAP (module MM) as well as processing of the workflow up to the final purchase orderCoordination between stakeholders via e-mail and telephoneWhat can you expect from us: Possibility of mobile working - currently 3 days presence and 2 days possibility to work remotely.Flexible working hours – you can start between 6 and 10 amOpen corporate cultureCentral location with good transport connectionsQualifications Professional: Education: bachelor or MA university training in a related subject completed or in progressExperience: Initial professional experience (i.e. internship) in the procurement or purchasing process would be a plusIT skills: Good handling of MS Office, experience with SAP R/3 would be an advantageLanguages: Good knowledge of German as well as communicative written and spoken EnglishPersonal: Individuality: You have a talent for service and a friendly and professional demeanor.
