We are seeking a Junior Growth Marketer/Media Buyer with 2 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing and ecommerce. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of paid social strategies, general marketing knowledge, media buying expertise, and familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires a hands-on approach, a strategic mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to contribute to client growth through innovative paid social media strategies. You will work closely with Senior Growth Marketing Leads, Creative Strategists, Creative Editors, and Client Partners to ensure all Client campaign KPI objectives are achieved.

Competitive Pay - Salary + Performance Bonus Opportunity for professional development and advancement Collaborative and dynamic work environment Work from home Your Primary Responsibilities: Assist in developing, implementing, and managing media buying strategies for Meta and TikTok Paid Social Media campaigns. Support the creation and execution of strategic paid social campaigns, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads, with a focus on budget management and account optimization. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Assist in the efficient allocation of budgets across campaigns and ad groups to maximize ROI and achieve clients' desired outcomes. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior media buyers and internal stakeholders. Support the preparation of weekly data reports to monitor campaign performance and communicate insights to team members. Participate in weekly client calls and internal team strategy sessions, supporting senior media buyers with updates and insights. Assist in reporting on creative direct response ad tests, insights, and analytics to inform new ad creative. Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid social media advertising. You Must Have: Proven Experience in Paid Social Media: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media advertising, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok platforms. Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Remote Work Competencies: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment, showcasing self-motivation and excellent time management. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related discipline. Expertise in Platform-Specific Tools: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Strategic Thinking and Creativity: Ability to develop innovative and effective paid social strategies. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Problem-Solving Ability: A track record of identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions. Result-Driven Mindset: A history of achieving and surpassing performance goals. Collaborative Work Ethic: Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
