This role provides you with a foundation of training, the support to achieve success ultimately a career path in BestLogic Staffing.
Below is a list of duties: As a Recruiter you will impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs.
You will Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools Screen and interview qualified candidates Partner with your Sales & Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads Perform various customer service related activities Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations Territory Candidate Pool Development: Identify and reach potential candidates with through research, referrals, networking and cold calling (60 calls/day minimum).
Initiate relationships with prospective candidates by researching industry and organizations and connecting with key stakeholders.
Present information related to recruiting and staffing opportunities and utilize recruiting strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive closures.
Plan and prioritize activities based on criticality.
