Job Description & Summary At PwC, our people in business services and support focus on providing efficient and effective administrative support to enable smooth operations within the organisation. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. Those in operations and strategy at PwC will track, manage, and report on strategic initiatives and projects. In this role, you will support leaders by handling key responsibilities, representing their point of view in meetings and decisions, and anticipating their future needs. Additionally, you will organise leadership team calls and meetings, oversee research and data analysis, promote consistent execution across sectors, and collaborate across lines of service for knowledge sharing and promoting technology/tools for sales and delivery.

Required skills Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in administrative roles. It would be a plus to count with budget management experience. Excellent communication skills to meet with technical specialists (Scrum Masters, Delivery Managers) and business Directors. Education: Students of business administration, finance, economics, commerce or IT. Excellent organization and reporting skills. MS Office: Advanced level (Excel, PowerPoint, Etc) Advanced English and Spanish. General requirements Understand the importance of having correct information management. Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection. Correct Information Security Management. Scope of the role Provide administrative and financial support.
