As a Junior Implementation Specialist, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our clients using our product. The primary focus of this role is to create client accounts in our portal and configure settings accurately to meet client requirements. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a knack for working with systems and processes. In this role, you will report directly to our Director of Software Development at Bridge, and work closely with the development and tech support team.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and configure client accounts in the portal based on the provided requirements.Verify all settings and configurations align with client specifications.Test portal configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.Troubleshoot and resolve basic setup issues, escalating more complex problems as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to collect necessary information for client setup.Maintain clear communication with the team regarding setup progress and issues.Accurately record configurations and setups in the company's system.Update internal knowledge bases and contribute to documentation for client setup procedures.Assist in answering basic client inquiries regarding portal setup and configurations.Provide internal team members with updates on client setup status and system capabilities.What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Advanced English skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.Basic technical skills with a comfort level working with software platforms or portals.Excellent communication and organizational skills.What we offer:Enjoy the flexibility of a 100% remote position.Take advantage of our generous PTO policy.Home Office Allowance.Work on challenging and impactful projects in a growing industry.Benefit from opportunities for professional growth and personal development.
