About the Role Hogarth is seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to join our Regional Finance Team, specializing in data analysis. This role offers a valuable opportunity to engage in diverse finance initiatives within Hogarth North America, contributing to our dynamic Finance Department through robust data analysis.
Responsibilities: Assist the Commercial Finance and Revenue Finance teams with data-driven financial forecasting and profitability analysis.Work within Power BI to collect data for external client reports.Download data into Excel reports and create presentable reports for leadership to follow.Analyze data and report on findings.Support project-based revenue reporting and recognition through detailed data analysis.Collaborate with client teams and internal teams to provide data insights and reporting.Analyze client profitability and identify data trends to improve processes and increase efficiency.Track and analyze budgets, monitoring client budgets on a project basis.Provide data-driven financial information and analysis to various departments and clients.Summarize and analyze monthly billings and perform data reconciliations.Participate in financial meetings, presenting data findings and insights.Assist with inter-company payables and receivables through detailed data analysis.Support internal and external audits with accurate data reporting.Perform reconciliations and analyses of key accounts, coordinating with treasury and accounts payable departments.Utilize Excel for creating pivot tables, data models, and other necessary reports.Requirements: 2-3 years of finance experience within an agency or a related billable industry, with a focus on data analysis.Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VBA, and data modeling.Power BI skills are required. Word and PowerPoint skills are also preferred.Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting findings in English.Strong data reconciliation and financial analysis abilities.Experience in media, advertising, creative, or production industries is a plus.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills.Keen attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a strong emphasis on data analysis is advantageous but not required.Diversity & Inclusion Hogarth is an equal-opportunity employer.
