How you will contribute to our magical experience: The PTP Analyst will support our Procure to Pay team and will be responsible for reviewing Purchase Orders requests for LATAM, ensuring the timely and accurate application of regional purchasing procedures and policies, and administrating and controlling the purchasing process. This role will collaborate with Regional Buyers, Finance, Master Data, and the Invoice Processing team.
The ideal candidate should have Procure to Pay knowledge and a proven history of building and maintaining excellent client service relationships, possess excellent communication skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing business priorities with ease.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Reviewing Purchase Orders requests with the Policy and supporting Invoice and Payments.Assisting in managing end-to-end procurement processes.Guiding and supporting Casual Buyers.Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.What we need from you to be part of this story: Student or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent working experience.Intermediate level of English.Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP is a plus.Good diction and communication skills.At least 6 months of experience in accounts payable.Additional Information: At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products, and services our consumers know and love.
