Journeyman/Woman Technician

As a Journeyman/woman Technician, you will join the Mercedes-Benz Country Hills Team where we prioritize luxury and excellence in the automotive industry. Some of the benefits of working with us: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive Benefit program from day one!RRSP Matching programOngoing training and professional development opportunities.Employee discounts for you and your family.Responsibilities: Perform visual inspection or on-board diagnosis as part of the preliminary diagnosis.Perform all maintenance services in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and in line with the maintenance schedule/computer.Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.Recognize deviations or unusual wear and provide feedback to the Service Advisor.Resetting the maintenance systems in accordance with the scope of maintenance.Document the performed work and return the workshop order.Mercedes-Benz or other luxury brand experience is an asset.Knowledge of the current After-Sales IT tools (e.g., CDK, ASRA, TIPS, etc.).Red Seal Certification is an asset.Outstanding work ethic.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Must have a positive attitude and collaborate well with others.Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.The McManes Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer that welcomes all applicants.
