Location: Central London - Leicester Square Pay Rate: £12.70/hour Depending on experience, knowledge and skills.
Working Hours: Full-time, 45 hours a week.
Shifts will be scheduled on a rota basis between 6am - 6:30pm (subject to change), including early mornings and weekends.
Job Purpose: We are seeking enthusiastic Fish and Meat Specialists who are eager to prepare traditional Japanese fish and meat products for customers.
Prior experience is required.
Role and Responsibilities Cut, slice, and prepare fish and meat using traditional Japanese methods.
Assemble and pack food products, ensuring they are ready for customer purchase.
Assist in stocking fresh food products and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
Deliver friendly and professional customer service efficiently.
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude.
Participate in training sessions related to task completion.
Stand for the duration of the shift, excluding breaks.
Engage in regular physical tasks such as lifting, bending, carrying, and stretching.
Essential Skills and Qualifications Possess a positive, can-do attitude.

Prior experience in a kitchen environment or food production is advantageous.
Previous experience in Sushi and Sashimi preparation is a required.
Trial Shift Requirement A two-hour trial shift will be required prior to employment consideration.
