We are looking for an experienced OT Cybersecurity Solution Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity solutions for our operational technology (OT) systems. They will oversee the protection of operational technology infrastructure, people, and data, monitor the channels through which information flows into and out of the organization's information network, and manage the infrastructure that facilitates those operations.
You will work with various departments to ensure that the company is delivering what its customers want in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Additionally, you will develop long-term strategies for the organization, working closely with the IT Cybersecurity department. Be part of the ITOT convergence group, joining a team of professionals who integrate information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) to improve the efficiency, productivity, and performance of industrial systems and processes. ITOT convergence is a key enabler of digital transformation and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
Main responsibilities:
Lead the design, testing, and deployment of Cybersecurity Solutions for OT environments and systems. Manage the entire OT Cybersecurity solution lifecycle, from concept to deployment.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of OT Cybersecurity solutions.Monitor and manage the performance, availability, and security of OT Cybersecurity solutions and services.Research current technology trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to propose new features and solutions.Create processes that ensure the security of the organization's operational technology infrastructure, people, and data.Assess incident reports and develop and implement crisis communication plans.Create compliance reports, support audits, and track OT Cybersecurity performance metrics.Test and validate the functionality, performance, and security of OT Cybersecurity solutions.Conduct user research and feedback to identify areas of continuous improvement and innovation.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Demonstrated leadership and team-management skills in a multi-cultural environment.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels (written and verbal).Ability to work in fast-paced, reactive, and challenging environments.Business-oriented with a sense of ownership and urgency.Autonomy with responsibility.Flexibility to manage a demanding and changing workload.Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity management.Experience with industrial software like ICS/SCADA/PLC/RTU.Understanding of ICS/OT environments and architecture.Knowledge of ICS/OT environments and industrial components.Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, ISA/IEC 62443, Mitre Attack.Nice to have:
Experience with plant organization, production processes, and maintenance processes.Experience with computing solutions (servers, virtualization, storage, VMWare, etc.).Experience with cloud infrastructure, development & integration (Azure or AWS preferred).Experience with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.Knowledge of Agile Methodology (Scrum and Scale Agile Framework highly desired).Que ofrecemos
