We are currently seeking Italian-speaking Customer Support Service Advisors to work either on-site or remotely from Athens, Greece.
Candidates must reside in Greece and possess a valid work permit.
Position: Italian Customer Support Service Advisor Location: Athens, Greece (On-site or Remote) Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in the database.
Requirements: Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
Must reside in Greece and have a valid work permit.
