Behind the user-friendly iOS and Android apps and webpage that work across the world is the engineering team. We are in charge of creating, developing, improving, and maintaining all Fever services so that more people can have an amazing experience. About the roleYour tasks will include:
Identify and source high quality candidates through a variety of channelsManage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews and coordination with the hiring teams.Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process.Provide a world-class candidate experienceCommunicate feedback effectively to applicantsSpread the Fever message through attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc.Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growthIn order to be successful in this role, you will be:
