We are seeking an IT SAP MM Support Analyst who will join our team.
Reporting to the Application Manager and IT Digital operation Manager, the position will be responsible for working together with the IT digital area and US SBU business. The IT position will lead, design, and be hands-on with configuration and RICEFW development, delivering projects (either directly with hands-on involvement or managing the delivery through a third-party service provider or contractors), and managing the overall quality of production support for US business. This position will have the technical experience to understand our solutions, communicate status and issues, mitigate risks, and manage the functional area across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Provide daily operational support to ensure application availability, incident response/resolution, and other KPIs are met. Assist and coordinate with POs and end business users activities during projects and production support activities. Work with IT digital area and SBU to prioritize change requests and follow change management procedures. Familiar with the vendor product roadmap and coordinates/executes application lifecycle upgrades with a vendor, IT Digital area, and business users (SAP and Non-SAP tools). Provide evidence for internal and external audits and remediate audit findings as required. Required Skills: Degree in Computer Science, information systems, or Business related to Supply Chain or Procurement processes. 2 years experience working with Ariba. SAP MM Academy or certified knowledge of MM module and Supply Chain or Procurement process. Functional skills related to Supply Chain. Strong analytical skills - Work with business internal customers to understand new/evolving business requirements. Proficient knowledge of network, operating system, and database relevant to application technology stack to collaborate effectively with network, infrastructure, and database admin teams. Advanced/Native verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (Required).
