Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersParticipate in and collaborate on requirements gathering, understand client needs, and serve as the primary point of contact with the technical teamGain a deep understanding of our SaaS product to effectively conduct demos and guide clients through its functionalitiesMaintain clear, precise, and empathetic communication with clients, account managers, supervisors, and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the projectMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure all project milestones and deadlines are metMonitor project performance and provide updates to clients and internal leadership, identifying risks and escalating them to management as neededCollaborate with internal teams to identify and allocate resources necessary for each project, and act as a facilitator to resolve any issues that arise within the project teamDevelop trusted relationships with new and existing clients, serving as the company's primary face to onboarded clientsIdentify and present additional value opportunities to clients, contributing to the growth of existing accounts and the expansion of our servicesAssist in creating proposals, supporting business development effortsPrepare closure reports, analyze project outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvementRequirements: Fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of communicating effectively with US clients and the development team in Argentina.Over 4 years in IT project management required, with a preference for a background in the software industry or similar IT services.Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying vision, goals, ideas, and issues.Organized and methodical in maintaining up-to-date project documentation and reporting.Proficient in agile and waterfall project management methodologies.Experienced with JIRA or similar project-tracking platforms.Skilled in using Gantt charts, technical PM documentation, and software architecture diagrams.What is in it for you: Enjoy the flexibility of a 100% remote positionTake advantage of our generous PTO policyHome Office AllowanceWork on challenging and impactful projects in a growing industry.Benefit from opportunities for professional growth and personal development.
