We are looking for a visionary leader to develop and implement our IT strategy, aligning processes with HSE, CSR, and ethical behaviors. You will be responsible for maintaining critical inventories, providing support across all project phases, and developing operational procedures according to our HSE and Operational Excellence policies. Additionally, you will improve and control strategic suppliers, communicating with managers and directors to manage the IT infrastructure and applications within the assigned budget. You will be the driving force behind our company's digital transformation, advising the management and overseeing IT projects with a focus on information security and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities: Manage IT and OT personnel, developing departmental objectives.Develop and oversee the IT budget.Plan, deploy, and maintain IT systems and operations.Manage the organization's software development and technological infrastructure needs.Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices.Stay updated on computing trends and emerging technologies.Develop and apply IT best practices across the organization.Ensure IT strategies and processes support company-wide objectives.Oversee relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.Explain the benefits and risks of new IT-related projects to managers/directors and other executives.Articulate and coordinate the development of Eramine's Digital Transformation for all employees.Your Profile: University Degree + Postgraduate in Systems, Technology, or Computer Science with 5 to 10 years of previous experience in the position.
