We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, managing a small team of IT professionals, and ensuring the seamless functioning of all technical systems within the organization, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Azure and Virtual Desktops.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2-3 IT professionals providing 1 st line support. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for staff and resolve escalated IT issues. Implement proactive measures to prevent system downtime. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, security, and performance of the company's IT systems. Implement best practices for network and server infrastructure. Strategic Planning: Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize IT initiatives. Project Management: Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion. Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness. Experience required: Fluency in English to articulate problems/solutions (flexibility to support US/EST time zone) 7+ years hands on administration/set-up experience on Microsoft 365 (MFA, Licenses, quarantined emails, changing passwords, etc.) 5+ years experience on Azure and Virtual Desktops. Some experience in CRM Team leadership, managing and mentoring a small team of technical staff. Communication skills to discuss with non-technical teams, explaining issues, causes and resolutions.
