This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work half the time virtually as well as from our Buenos Aires office.

What the day will look likeDemand Management: Coordinate and manage the flow of demands.Resource Allocation: Assign developers to demands efficiently, considering the skills and availability of each one.Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor the progress of demands and projects, identifying and resolving possible deviations.Improvement Proposals: Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Development Lifecycle: Have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle to ensure alignment with best practices and solutions.Skills and experience that will lead to successPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT environment.Proven understanding of the software development life cycle.Experience with JIRA or other project management tools.Experience in resource allocation and management of technical teams.Desirable: Experience in managing demands and projects in the IT field, SQL and Power BI.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
