IT AdministratorLocation: Buenos AiresDescriptionThe IT Administrator deploys, configures, maintains, and monitors hardware and software to ensure proper operation.
Responsible for:
Providing and ensuring identical (secure) software configuration for workstations, notebooks, and printers.Identifying vulnerabilities and installing patches.Guaranteeing the correct, repeatable, and verifiable installation of operating systems and standard software.Maintaining and generating an overview of commercial software installations.Ensuring identical hardware configurations for workstations, notebooks, servers, and printers.Maintaining and generating an overview of all hardware.Ensuring identical hardware and software configurations for mobile phones and corresponding applications.Maintaining and generating an overview of all mobile devices and applications.Mobile communication and data transfers.Providing support in case of problems with hardware and software.Creating and providing documentation of the hardware and software.Knowledge of IT & IT Security guidelines and policies and acting respectively.Preparing and performing internal training.Self-education and training on existing technologies, including IT-Security.RequirementsTechnical computer science education or university studies in Informatics or equivalent.
Experience in user support, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, as well as analyzing IT incidents and problems.
English level B2 as defined by the CEFR standards.
