Description and RequirementsGeneral Requirement: Thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and processes in FP&A Svcs area and multiple related areas.Comprehensive understanding of financial accounting systems, financial information systems.Interface with various executive and non-executive internal financial and non-financial customers daily.Contribute to the department's resource planning and budget.Execute financial planning process (e.g., budget, forecast).Manage Closing and daily assessments, posting, review and control of ledger entries with strong interaction with accounting.Design, execute and deliver investigations without supervision.Build and maintain financial models and projections.Identify areas of improvement/opportunity in business – both strategic and executional, driving profitable growth.Analyze complex problems; coordinate financial inputs.Perform extensive analysis for senior leadership review with business insights.Lead and drive Svcs finance transformation or reengineering projects, focusing on business workflow, financial accounting system, finance information system and internal control system.Requirements: Experience of at least 6 years in finance working experiences (GSG manufacturing & IT industries is a plus).Bachelor's degree (Major in Business/Economic/Accounting/Statistic/Math/Computer Science).Fluent speaking and writing in English (Native Advance Level): mandatory as this role reports to the USA.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPT.Familiarity with SAP/BW.Knowledge of Common Financial software/system.Good with visualization tools (Power BI will be a plus).Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills.Possess good persuasiveness and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a team.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work well under pressure, comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented.We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
