As a Sales Development Representative, you will join our Sales team, becoming a very important player for Scrive's continued success.
The role is located at our HQ in Stockholm where we apply a flexible remote work model.
You will be reporting directly to our Head of Inbound Sales.
Your challenge Scrive is growing and we are receiving increased traction from various European markets.
Therefore we need a Sales Development Representative who can handle a role that combines taking care of all incoming Swedish leads and international leads as well.
In your everyday work, you will: Generate qualified leads and meetings for our Account Executives, from the Marketing generated Inbound Leads.
Qualifying and contacting potential customers by phone primarily and email Manage inbound leads, qualifying them to sales-ready leads or to nurturing.
Booking meetings, handing over leads to Account Executives or our Expansion Team Work closely with the Account Executives to ensure a great handover Strive to ensure that every potential customer you get in touch with, receives the best possible impression of both yourself and Scrive!

To succeed in this role, you will need: People skills (meaning: being a great listener, humbleness, and a genuine curiosity to learn more about others) Experience from working in a customer facing role Commitment to focus on your goals and achieving them Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking Valid EU work permit Also, big bonus points if you have: Used to working towards a target Experience from working with cloud-based solutions Fluent in German or Dutch  Experience from navigating CRM platforms In this role we see that you are self-reliant , structured , result-oriented and brave .
