Our client is looking for Inside Sales (internship contract)in the Renewals team, based in Madrid, to manage quotations and requests to renew existing contracts that are expiring. The Inside Sales is responsible for account & opportunity management, customer negotiation & sales closure against an individual and team target. This role will require to provide regular forecast data through our CRM tool and learn company's systems & service processes in order to manage the day-to-day activities.Duties & responsibilities: Create and issue quotes for customers 90 days in advance of the expiry date of the existing contract. Manage quote information in CRM. Close customer quotes before expiry of existing Contract Support Sales Account Managers. Produce weekly forecast in CRM.
